Alligators, Doggies, and Cousins, Oh My!

We had a great trip to Orlando this weekend! We flew out Friday after lunch. I even got my own seat! It was super cool! We got to Orlando pretty late, but everyone was there to pick me up. We went back to Grandma's and Mommy said I was supposed to go to bed, but there was too much fun to be had to go to bed! Grandma showed me the cabinets that Mommy used to empty and hide in when she was my age! Eventually it was really time for bed...

The next morning we had some breakfast (Grandma baked my favorite oatmeal!) and headed out to Clermont to see Mommy's friend Wendy and her husband Warren. I haven't seen them since I was very little, at their wedding! Check out this picture of us...

Anyways, her little baby was due that day! But we hung out for a while, waiting to see if something was going to happen. But no baby that day!

After that we went over to see Aunty Illy's new house, it's gigantic! Then we went over to my cousin Kalani's house for a BBQ. I even met my newest cousin, Bailey. She was down visiting with her parents, Jason & Amber, from Wisconsin. Kalani is the coolest! She drove me around in her Escalade, did my makeup, painted my fingernails!

Sunday Mommy's friend Elissa came over to visit. It's been a while since I've seen her too! Then we went to Aunty Katy's zoo. They just opened a new white gator exhibit and I couldn't wait to see it. When we got there we went straight to the giant tortoises. I got to go in and pet them! We watched a gator wrestling show, Daddy held a python and touched a porcupine, it was great! After the zoo we went back to Aunty Katy's house to play rock band and have some pizza. Some place called Mellow Mushroom or something? Mommy & Aunty Katy were sure excited.

Monday morning it was time to get on the plane:( We had a nice trip back, Daddy and I took long naps on the plane. We got home, unpacked, and got ready for the week!

Our Snowy Adventure!

What a weekend! Well it all started with my arm hurting a bit last week...I don't know what happened, but Daddy took me to the doctor and he said it was a normal thing that happens to kids my age. He fixed it and I feel much better now! So that was Friday afternoon...then we packed up Cody and headed down to Abby & Logan's house. (Cody stayed there for the weekend.) We had fun, played, then had dinner, and then hit the road! We thought there would be traffic, but boy were we in for a surprise!

I heard Mommy & Daddy telling the story. It was boring, so I just went to sleep. But they said the drive wasn't bad because of traffic, but because of the snow! Apparently we had to stop to put chains on lower than anyone had heard of before! So the trip up took a little longer than planned. We got to Aunt Sher-bear's house and I went to bed!

Saturday we woke up and had some breakfast and headed up past Mount Rose to see Kristopher & Ella. I thought it was going to be normal, but then Mommy & Daddy made me put boots and big heavy clothes on! It was no fun! I did enjoy the sled ride with Daddy, though. Kristopher & Ella were looking pretty cool sliding down the hill! After some lunch we went to check back in with them. Aunty Kat and their grandpa were teaching them to ski! Daddy said we will definitely be doing that in a few years! We had dinner with Ginny & Jim and I went to bed while Daddy & Uncle Steph went to gamble.

Sunday we took it easy, hung out around the house. I had a great time with Pugboat, Aunt Sher-bear was dog sitting. He is just the right size! Mommy & Aunt Sher-bear went to some place called The Chocolate Bar. I decided to hang out with Daddy & Uncle Steph instead.

Monday we went and had breakfast at this famous place in Reno called Peg's. I had an awesome Mickey Mouse pancake! Daddy and Uncle Steph had the special breakfast plates, they liked them a lot! Mommy just had some french toast. But then we hit the road! Traffic was bad, I slept for a while, but not as much as Uncle Steph!

Friends & Football Weekend

Saturday we spent the day hanging out with Cody mostly. He's got a lot of energy, even more than me! We hiked to the dog park and ran around with a lot of other doggies! It was a blast!


Uncle Stephane came over Saturday night and hung out. Sunday we went out to Kristopher & Ella's house to watch the big game! My friend Lily came over and brought her parents along! It was great to see her! We had a lot of fun playing while the grownups all watched the football game. Check out all the pics...

Crunch!

Interesting night for us Friday...we were headed down to Abby & Logan's house, driving through traffic in the Caldecott Tunnel. All of the sudden, BOOM! The car behind us didn't stop in time and crashed into us! Luckily we were all just fine, but Mommy's Explorer isn't so fine...

Things picked up after that. We got down to Abby & Logan's house and played in the back yard a bunch. Cody even came along! He and Ginger had a blast running around and chasing each other!
