Girls' Day

This weekend started with a fun girls day!  Daddy had his firm's annual golf tournament, so us girls spent the day together!  It started with breakfast and playing around the house.  Then it was time to get Big Sister's hair cut!  She wanted it to look "just like Mommy's" so she had three inches cut off!  It looks beautiful!  I can't wait until I'm big enough to sit on the pony and get my hair cut too!

Then we headed out to the grocery store to get some stuff for lunch.  Can you believe it - this was the first time Amelia & I have been to the store together!

That night Abby & Logan came over and hung out for the evening while Mommy and Daddy went out to dinner with their friends.  Oh well - their loss!  We had a blast with Aunt Ginny.

Then on Sunday, my friend from school, Brett, came over for dinner.  He and I chased eachother around the house, talking and laughing.

Sushi!

Ok, so Amelia and I don't really like sushi, but Mom and Dad seemed to have so much fun, we thought we could post about this.  We all went over to uncle James and Aunt Annemaries house, and everybody made their own sushi (well, mostly we watched).  I hear it was yummy.
And just for fun, here are a few pictures of me on something called a swing.  So much fun!

Amelia School Fun

Today Mommy found a praying mantis in her garden, and Daddy caught it and put it in a jar for me to take to school.  All of my friends at school thought my new friend, Buggy, was the coolest.  We even tried to find some beetles to feed him, since thats what Dad says he eats.  When we got home, we let him go back in the yard, so he can help keep Mommy's plants healthy.

Also, I'm learning my letters in my phonics class.  This week, we're learning about the letter "h."

Baking With Mommy

Don't worry, no raw eggs were used in the making of these photos! Yummy!

Trip To Reno!

We took a fun trip to Reno to see our Aunt Sher-bear.  We also went to a crazy town called Virginia City to see camels, zebras, emus, and ostriches racing around a little track.  It was so much fun, although I slept through a bunch of the races.  Amelia told me she enjoyed the races.  I hear the ostrich chariot race was especially funny.

Grocery Shopping Together!

Here I am shopping with Mommy.  My kitty cat went shopping with us too.  I helped pick out the groceries, and pushed them all around the store.  It was so much fun!
