Yum yum cupcakes!

This weekend was good. We went over to Abby & Logan's house for dinner Saturday night. We all had cupcakes!

Sunday we did a project we've been wanting to do for a long time - planted a container vegetable garden! We planted so many things: strawberries, tomatoes, all kinds of peppers, cucumbers, squash, some herbs, even an artichoke plant and limes! So exciting! Pictures to follow!

Check out this video of my big sister and I. She's the best!

Penny Is Five Months Old!

Penny turned five months old yesterday! She's getting bigger and bigger! Check out these pictures of us playing together...

Me as a princess...

Playing on the mat together...

Things have been going well! Penny is talking like crazy! And laughing, supporting herself when you hold her up to standing. She rolls over all the time, she won't stay on her back anymore! She loves to play on her belly!

Friday night we had dinner with Abby & Logan. Fun as always! Saturday the Tellez family came over. Check this out, a pile of Tellez kids! (Charlotte on top, then Ella, then Kristopher.)

Saturday night, after the Tellez family left, was where the weekend went downhill. I was sleeping the night away, like normal, when I got sick. :( Mommy said it was a stomach bug, but I don't know how a bug got in my stomach! Luckily I was the only one who got it, thank goodness Penny didn't get sick! Sunday we just took it easy and hung around the house. I'm feeling so much better now!

Happy Passover 2010

This weekend we went down to visit Grandpa Stan & Grandma Suzi. We drove down late Thursday, and went over for breakfast to have Grandpa Stan's famous matzah farfel pancakes! So yummy! After breakfast we took a walk to the park nearby, where we fed the ducks and geese. The geese hissed at us! After the park it was nap time, then it was time for Passover Seder. Grandpa Stan told us about Passover, but my favorite part was searching for this thing called the Afikomen. It was a treasure hunt!

Saturday we went to the LA Zoo, which we had never visited before! I think the giant sea otters were my favorite! Or maybe the prarie dogs? I love animals!

Here Penny is with Aunt Norma and Grandma Suzi at lunch...

This is me & Mommy IN the prarie dog exhibit!

It was a nice weekend!
